The customer has the right to cancel his order within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation e-mail by sending an e-mail to: .

Alnegoziodipesca.com offer you a "SATISFIED or REFUNDED" warranty, according to Italian Law 22 May 1999 no. 185, whereby our customers have the right to refuse goods, without specifying a reason, within 10 days of receipt of goods.

You can assert your right by sending a recorded delivery letter with notification of delivery to:

The cost of returning the goods must be paid by the customer, C.O.D. parcels will not be accepted.The goods must be returned in their original packaging and, besting perfect condition, we will then credit the customer with the full amount indicated in the packing list, as soon as possible.

Alnegoziodipesca.com will refund the cost of refused goods within 14 days.
